Jerry Vines CEO – Partner
As CEO with over 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Vines has extensive knowledge of the investment banking and private equity sectors, which he utilizes as CEO. Mr. Vines provides SVC with an experienced outlook in Real Estate Development and Capital Markets. Through his service Mr. Vines has developed in-depth knowledge of current corporate governance trends and best practices.
Don Lee
President And COO – Managing Partner
Over the course of his more than 20+-year in the Real Estate Industry and in his current role as President/ Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Lee has developed broad experience across our firm and brings to the operation substantial insight into the firm's various business lines and day-to-day operations. Mr. Lee has particular expertise with respect to our client relationships, business standards, acquisition, construction management, land development, public/private partnership, and risk management.
JEREMIAH ALLEN CONTROLLER
Mr. Allen has significant experience in the preparation and review of financial statements as well as capital and risk management. He also brings to SVC experience in the oversight of technology risks, auditing, procurement, and compliance. Through Mr. Allen tenure he has developed a wealth of experience in corporate governance and leadership in the field of real estate development.
ANDREW BATTLE SENIOR VP OPERATIONS
With over 8 years of experience in various positions at Stanton View Development Mr. Battle, has extensive knowledge of all aspects of our industry and SVC business, including our risk management practices and our strategy. Mr. Battle utilizes this firm-specific knowledge and experience in his role as Vice President Operation, among other things, to guide discussions and keep SVC owners apprised of significant developments in our business.
KIMMEL DANIEL DIVISION MANAGER
As the Division Manager, Mr. Daniel has over 20+ years of experience and skills in the homebuilding industry. Mr. Daniel has extensive knowledge in construction management, training employees, and customer service. Mr. Daniel's knowledge supports the SVC construction management.
