Warranty Highlights

  • year coverage warrants the construction of the home will conform to the tolerances for materials and workmanship.
  • year coverage warrants the workability of the plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and other mechanical systems.
  • 5 year coverage warrants against various types of water infiltration and internal leaks.
  • 10 year coverage warrants the structural elements of the home. Structural elements are footings, bearing walls, beams, girders, trusses, rafters, bearing columns, lintels, posts, structural fasteners, subfloors and roof sheathing.

What to Expect

After you submit your service request, we'll review the information submitted and investigate your concerns.
You can expect to be contacted within two business days.
We may need to send employees or contractors to your home to inspect the issue which will occur during normal business hours.
As long as the issue outlined in your service request is covered by warranty, we will have it repaired.

Requesting warranty service from Stanton View Development is easy. Simply fill out the form below to initiate a new home warranty request and our Concierge Warranty Representative will contact you by the end of the next business day for an inspection of the items, to schedule needed repairs, and to answer question you may have. For all emergency requests such as plumbing problems, heating or air conditioning, electrical problems, extensive roof leaks, or any circumstance that endangers the occupants of your home call you Warranty Representative at 202-380-9009.

Warranty work is performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday. An adult 18 years or older must be present during the repair. All warranty tickets must have this form filled out and submited via email to or fax. Please do not submit warranty requests to our sales consultants or construction superintendents.
